1. Acceptance

By downloading or using LevoUp (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. What LevoUp is

LevoUp is an alarm app that only turns off when you complete a mission, such as push-ups, squats, math or photos. It is a wellness and productivity tool, not a medical service.

3. Health and safety

Some missions involve physical activity. Only do them if you can do so safely and in a suitable space. If you have a medical condition, an injury or any doubts, consult a healthcare professional before using them. You can choose missions without physical effort at any time. You perform missions at your own risk.

4. How the alarm works

We work to make the alarm ring reliably, but it depends on your device, its operating system, volume, battery and the permissions you grant. Don't rely on LevoUp as your only alarm for critical commitments, such as flights or medication.

5. Camera and data

To verify some missions, the App uses your device's camera only while you perform the mission. We don't sell your personal data. We may use technical and usage data, in aggregate, to improve the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App, or use it for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

7. Intellectual property

The App, the LevoUp brand, its logos, design and content belong to their respective owners. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, delays or losses resulting from the alarm not ringing or from performing missions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the App or on this site. Continuing to use the App means you accept the current version.
