1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of LevoUp subscriptions and supplement the Terms of Use.

2. Plans

LevoUp offers weekly, monthly and yearly subscription plans that unlock all features. Prices are shown in your local currency in the App and on the App Store or Google Play before you confirm your purchase.

3. Free trial

Some plans include a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and is charged automatically.

4. Payment and auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the subscription settings on the App Store or Google Play. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests are handled directly by them under their policies.

7. Price changes

We may change prices. We'll notify you in advance as required by each store's rules, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

8. Restoring purchases

If you switch phones, use "Restore purchases" in the App with the same Apple or Google account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the App owner's country, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
